Message	Bring it to his superior's attention (you can't go to your dad, because that would be a conflict of interest). Once "The Man" has his eye toward your boss and you, act like Mr. Nice guy and hope that your boss continues to act like a jerk. Allow yourself to get shit on, it will only make your boss look bad. Mouthing off to your boss only makes you look bad, regardless if you are right or not. Take it to a higher level and let them make the decisions. You can't fight your boss by yourself, or you'll be gone, believe me.
